ShareAble is “pay-per-use”, meaning that you pay only for when you use the tool. There are multiple screening packages you can choose from that can fit your budget and needs. You’ll select the package that you want in the dashboard. You will pay when the transaction is completed, which occurs after the applicant agrees to screening and successfully verifies their identity.
The employment background results that you receive are designed to comply with applicable laws. We update our solution to ensure that we comply with the latest regulations that govern consumer reporting agencies. Our process ensures that your job candidate explicitly consents to background checks. Because your job candidate agrees to participate in the ShareAble screening process, they become stewards of their own data. If your screening package includes a TransUnion credit report, then our process will result in a soft-inquiry on the applicant’s credit history with no impact on their credit score. At the end of the screening process the applicant will receive a copy of their reports for their records.
