How do I change my applicants email address?

If you do not have a ShareAble for Hires account:

You cannot change your email address once an employer has emailed you a screening request. If you need to change the email address that the employer sent the screening request to, you can do the following:

  1. Contact the employer who initiated the screening request
  2. Then ask the employer to send a new request to your correct email address

If you have a ShareAble for Hires account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. You’ll land on the dashboard
  3. Select “Manage Account” on the left-hand side
  4. Update your email address
  5. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your details
