How do I change my applicant's email address?

If you do not have a ShareAble for Hires account:

You cannot change your email address once an employer has emailed you a screening request. If you need to change the email address that the employer sent the screening request to, you can do the following:

  • Contact the employer who initiated the screening request
  • Then ask the employer to send a new request to your correct email address

If you have a ShareAble for Hires account:

  • Log in to your account
  • You’ll land on the dashboard
  • Select “Manage Account” on the left-hand side
  • Update your email address
  • Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your details
