You cannot change your email address once an employer has emailed you a screening request. If you need to change the email address that the employer sent the screening request to, you can do the following:
Contact the employer who initiated the screening request
Then ask the employer to send a new request to your correct email address
If you have a ShareAble for Hires account:
Log in to your account
You’ll land on the dashboard
Select “Manage Account” on the left-hand side
Update your email address
Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your details
